  If you’re here reading reviews, you’re likely in search of legal help with your licensing board/committee. I, too, was in your shoes and if you’re anything like me, you’re scared, nervous, intimidated- all the things… and for good reason; you’re livelihood could very well be on the line. I consulted with Brian when my situation first occurred and he talked me through various possible outcomes my particular circumstances could lead to with my licensing board. Just as he explained, it transpired. At that time I retained him and he went to work! Brian and his team have got to be the best at what they do and are definitely worth the money. I can’t say enough great things about Brian and his staff. He is well-versed in professional licensures and helping us keep them. I was able to continue working through the entire process as Brian worked diligently on his end to make this process as easy as possible for me. I’m so fortunate and elated to report that he got my case dismissed! In closing, I hope whoever has the misfortune of reading this remembers: we are all human capable of making mistakes. We also deserve to prove we are not defined by those mistakes alone. If you want the best shot at fighting for that chance, Brian is your guy!

  Brian Quinn is an excellent attorney. He represented me in a physician license case in 2019- 2020. Brian is professional, responsive and fairly priced. Best of all he achieved the intended goal in a timely way. Brian is a focused listener and got the job done. No BS or flash is refreshing change these days. I was recommended to him via another attorney who also spoke well of Brian. I can recommend his services and staff.

  Brian handled a dispute with the State Board. After a comprehensive initial interview I turned over everything to him. He responded to all communications with the board. The end result was positive and my case was closed in my favor. If I ever had any other issues I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Quinn. Very professional, skilled and responsive. I could not have asked for a better person to represent me and I certainly could not have asked for a better outcome.

  Unfortunately, I was in a position where I, like many other doctors these days, needed a lawyer to represent me in front of the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine. I made a few calls, got a few recommendations, and then a very close lawyer friend told me about Brian Quinn, Esquire. Brian is both a criminal attorney and also specializes in representing people in front of the state occupational Boards. Brian has all of the qualities and skills that I needed to help me in my situation. He is hyperintelligent, kind, compassionate and responsive to all communications. He was especially quick in returning emails whenever I had a question. Hopefully I will never require Brian Quinn's services again, but if I do, I know that I'm in good hands and would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who has any State Board situations.
