  Hi, to all reviewers Im going to give a honest review as a client of Mr. Vanderslice for the past couple of months. Long story short I hired him on a retainer to proceed with Liens on 2 houses in PA to protect my assets (real estate,divorce) well 1 house sold despite having a lien. I had to do research giving him the details of that sale I had to constantly call and call to his office for answers. When I asked him to refund me half of the contract we agreed upon to, since 1 of the house sold. He called and also wrote me an email giving me few options for me to pick of what he was going to do next (Sound very convincing too) that he was going to take it further & to court for the fraud of sale of the house that sold, to make me solely owner of the other house. Well since I believe in 2nd opportunity's I thought lets go for it again, no communication AGAIN after like 3 weeks. he said the office was closed due to “covid” & to give him couple of days .Well this is the time & day Im still waiting for him, 5 months later & 3k down the drain.
