  These attorneys are a complete waste of time and full of complete shit. Said they would take my case I guess because of what happened to me than a week or two later I had questions for them. I need a guidance because they took my case and offered no guidance except one text message so I sent them a text since they would not return my calls asking them questions for guidance and my response was they decided to cancel me as a client. You are a number to these people and nothing more and if it’s not an easy case they don’t want nothing to do with you. I am a widowed mother of an eight-year-old autistic little boy. My husband died by suicide as he suffered from combat PTSD from serving to tours fighting for our countries freedom. These people made me feel lower than low. Do not absolutely do not call them.

  They let me down on my case because they took my case and agreed and then a month after they dropped it saying after consideration we’ve decided we will not be proceeding with your case. I know I had a good case against LA county with my trip and fall. I have evidence I was transported by ambulance and I’m still suffering from that fall not to mention money I’ve had to put out for Dr. copays replace my prescription glasses and pay for that too. So now I’m just having to deal with my injuries and not able to go to Physical therapy or any other Dr appts bcuz I have to pay copay every time and being on SSD I can’t, so ya shame on Morgan & Morgan giving me hopes and then letting me down this was so not ok so what they post on commercials is not what they practice.

  My case is still in process so I can't speak to my full experience just yet. I wanted to give a shout out to my case manager Damir. He has kept me in the loop since being assigned to my case. He is quick to respond and shows a strong willingness to assist and provide support during this time.

  Don't trust these people they will not help you, its all a lie and a scam. I tried to participate in the Uber class action lawsuit, they supposedly won. I recieved a email telling me id get an email with a release for my portion of the settlement. I have never recieved this email. Ive also recieved text messages telling me I should have recieved this email already and that I need to sign the release before December or my settlement will be forfeited. That text comes with a help line phone number, that number is nothing more then a recording telling me to email an address that comes back as it doesn't exist! Total scam!

  I gave Morgan & Morgan one star because the entire experience was confusing, impersonal, and honestly upsetting. I originally contacted them regarding a workers’ compensation issue and concerns about a potential class action involving serious workplace safety issues. The initial intake person made me feel hopeful that someone was actually going to listen and possibly help. I signed paperwork to open the case and was even given a username and access to the Morgan & Morgan app, so I believed I had begun working with their firm. Instead, I repeatedly received calls from different attorneys, often from different law firms, and found myself having to explain the situation over and over again. It never felt like anyone had taken the time to understand what had actually happened or even listen to my story from the beginning. The conversations often felt cold, rushed, and uninterested before I had even had the opportunity to explain the circumstances. Eventually, I decided not to pursue the workers’ compensation claim and wanted to discuss whether a hostile work environment or another type of employment claim might be appropriate. Yet I continued receiving calls from attorneys who seemed to have little or no understanding of what I was actually seeking help with. I understand that a law firm cannot take every case, and I would have completely respected being told that my situation was not something they could handle. What bothered me was the lack of communication and continuity. When someone reaches out to a law firm, especially after experiencing something traumatic at work, repeatedly telling that story to strangers who don’t seem to know why they’re calling can be incredibly discouraging. I contacted Morgan & Morgan because their advertising gives the impression that people will be heard and taken seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I walked away feeling like my situation had been passed around rather than genuinely listened to, and the entire process felt extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
