  I reached out to this law firm hoping for real help, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The intake specialist couldn’t seem to separate judgment from facts, and the way my situation was handled felt rushed and dismissive. When my information was allegedly being "passed" to an actual attorney, it took less than a hot second for her to respond with “we can’t take your case” no explanation, no reasoning, not even a hint. I always thought lawyers were supposed to fight for people, or at least show some interest in understanding a case before rejecting it. This firm didn’t show either. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens and advocates for you, I wouldn’t recommend starting here.

  Intake specialist was professional and patient. They did not take my case so I can’t give the 5 stars, I might have if the provided some insight into how that decision was made.

  Brigite - was supportive and thoughtful . She made a difficult conversation much easier for me and was honest and up-front when answering my questions . I can not thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone !

  I've landed in a very new territory and find myself dealing with a situation that I've never had to before. And just like any situation that is unfamiliar and scary, you find a professional. I was blessed to come across this firm during my research and that's how I started talking to Shawn Williams. He was thee absolute kindest, patient, empathetic person I have come across during the course of my research. This law firm genuinely cares about their clients and not just the bottom line. I needed the best for a difficult discrimination and workplace retaliation and that's exactly what I got! I never felt rushed when I spoke with Shawn, promptly returned my phone calls and never left me feeling like I was forgotten. He kept me updated and very well informed and actually listened to me. If you find yourself in a situation where you need someone to have you back and defend you and your unsure who to trust and what to do PLEASE call this place! You will not be disappointed! I know im not and I'm very grateful I found them!
