  During my Landlord and Tenant hearing this morning, I was so impressed with Mr. Baritz that I felt compelled to write this review. Although he was retained by my property management team and I had not worked with him previously, he conducted the case with exceptional professionalism. He demonstrated a strong knowledge of the law and followed court procedures with precision and confidence. In a system that can often be challenging for landlords to navigate, his expertise and composure truly stood out.   I can go into a very long story, but what I will say is Ken (the owner) may have the education, the ackerman, but he doesn't know how to treat people. If giving someone thousands of dollars to perform sub-par job and get disrespected in the process is something that you like to invest in, have at it. So when you read all the bad reviews about his staff being short/curt, it is this law office culture, and it's a reflection of the owner.

  A family friend referred Todd Baritz to me. I needed an attorney to help me with an eviction. Todd's advice was very clear and straight forward. He was generous with his time. I highly recommend this firm.
