  AVOID DISCHALL, DALY, AND THIS FIRM! Specifically, Katie Lyn Daly and Mark Dischall should be avoided at all costs. Their service is utterly incompetant, they will intentionally take actions that hurt your case, but its worth it in Dischall's eyes if it allows him to get paid training for new hires. Further, their bills are filled with unethical practices. They churn accounts, stretching cases out for years, double, triple bill. Specifically, over 10% of all of Daly's bills were listed as non-billable for being such poor quality. Yet she billed full amounts, then refused to refund the money, claiming their fee agreement was written to protect the firm. Now Dischall, he is legitimately worthless. He didnt even know my kids names after 1.5 years. In the first 5 months, the bill was 25k. When he quit a year later, that was still the only thing that was accomplished. The next year, he hired Daly, with no experience, and wasted over 150k and literally accomplished nothing beyond training Daly. Once he got called out, he quit and blamed me for not trusting his genius. Seriously, this dude references his awards from decades ago as his source of authority. The most egrigious things Dischall did? 1) He billed over 50k for chats with Daly in order to train her. Funniest part, about a third of the days he had "chats" with her, she wasnt working. They simply didnt happen. And I never agreed to having a new hire replace the 50 year attorney and the 20 year attorney. Yet, here we were, he just simply lied about his involvement to hide it. And billed me over 100k in 2024 to substantiate his lies. 2) He was mad I didnt authorize him to work on a side case. He believed he was entitled, so even though he literally wrote the opposing attorney saying he wasnt authorized. He then illegally billed tens of thousands from work he didnt do on that case.....he billed it on my divorce. This is a MAJOR billing violation. Just look at Dischall's history. Not a single recent compliment. Yet oodles of similar billing and competency complaints. Also, the only media content they push out seems to be about ethical billing. Ironic.
