  Filing for bankruptcy is one of the hardest things you will do in life. You are cornered. trying to pay bills that you can’t, wondering if they will repossess your car as you sleep and contemplating if you will still have a place to sleep next month. If this sounds like you then you need to meet David Spitofsky. I called David when I found myself saddled with credit card debt and a pile of medical bills. When I first met with David I was impressed with his legal prowess. He made me feel welcome and allayed my fears. He explained the process and the timeline. When you get all of the paperwork together and get it to David, he reviews it. You come in for a final meeting to make sure everything is correct and David files your case. You meet with the Bankruptcy Trustee via an online meeting. David contacts you after that meeting and lets you know if she approved your case or not. You do not have to take any other action. When David gets the final release he calls you and sends it via email. At this point all of the worry lifts from your shoulders and you are free to go back to living your life, but now you are debt free. Call David, you’ll be glad you did.
