  I was falsely accused of a felony, two misdemeanors, and three summary charges from the local police officer in my town. Attorney Filia took on my case and fought it until all charges were dropped. He has plenty of experience and it shows. If I ever need a lawyer again (hopefully never), I'm calling Attorney Filia.

  I hired him and paid 4k for a simple dui case , he doesn’t show up to court, took our payment and never answers the phone. He kept postponing the court hearings without even speaking to him. We hired him and didn’t even get a chance to speak to him for 3-4 months. He never even returns your calls or updates on what happens with the case. I would not recommended at all!! I think he used to be good that’s why people recommend him but it’s 2026 and he just takes your money and damn near done absolutely nothing to fight for you. Very disappointed

  Was in a bad situation, I was referred through a friend of Mike Fillia. Did not know what to expect. I was good for a while and messed up. He answered my call in a quick and timely manner. We discussed my case and got to it. After it all was said and done, I was more than relieved. Actually shocked of how Great my outcome came out. Beyond realistic outcome. The whole experience was very upfront and no BS. Thank you Mr.Fillia. Need a sincere lawyer don’t hesitate to use him.

  Do not use him for divorce or custody cases. He prioritizes his criminal cases and works on divorce in his free time which he doesn’t have. Your divorce will drag out and cost you more money in the long run. Can never get ahold of him and office lady doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. Emails texts and voice messages go completely unanswered. Waiting on simple paperwork for months. Can’t say I got any good advice either. Had to take matters into my own hands and finish everything myself.
