  I had a personal line to the firm. I texted as I prefer that unless a phone call is deemed necessary. I had a different attorney for my hearing and Shipon for my appeal. My hearing was uncomfortable and a struggle and we lost. Shipon asked for the people who treated me and contact information and pulled all my records. Lauren represented me for my appeal and it was like night and day. It was like talking to friends on a Sunday afternoon. There is a vocational or medical expert at the closed hearing and it's their job to assess if you could perform your job functions. I was unaware my lawyer could question them. Lauren questioned the expert asking multiple questions about my ability to perform my job and every answer was no. When Lauren called me after the hearing and we both felt comfortable that I finally won after five long years. The judge ruled in my favor and Marc called to let me know the decision and is working with me as they transition from winning to getting paid, talking about Medicine and linking my bank for direct deposit. It was a smooth process and I wish I had their form from the beginning.

  Absolutely perfect, they were comforting, understanding, they listened, they didn't give up and they made the process less stressful, smooth and always informative. They won my case, changed my life for the better and made it easier with/for my disabilities, 10 stars!

  When I was unsure in how to go about getting my disability I reached out to Mr.Shipon,him and he's team worked hard in gathering all the information that was needed and they did a wonderful job. JUST REMEMBER THE PROCESS TAKES TIME,THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE. Thank you so much
