The Gun Law Firm has been protecting firearms rights in Pennsylvania since 2016. Though Attorneys Michael Giaramita and Richard Roberts have been fighting for firearms rights throughout their entire careers, Attorney Giaramita opened The Gun Law Firm in 2016 in Mechanicsburg, PA. Shortly thereafter, he opened what is now our main location in Havertown, PA (Delaware County). Since then we have added locations in Chester Springs (Chester County) and Bethlehem (Northampton County). Over the years we have fought for gun rights in 42 counties in Pennsylvania, from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh.
