- WWWesleyMay 9, 20181.0Let me start by saying I hate having to leave a negative review and rarely do it, however this was one of those instances that warranted doing so. My initial conversation with the receptionist Diane was very pleasant. However, my conversation with Cathy, the attorneys paralegal, was horrible. She was very rude and interrupted and talked over me the majority of the phone call. I had to explain to Cathy three times my reason for calling. We were over three minutes into the call and she still hadn’t asked me my reason for calling. I finally told Cathy that I didn’t feel comfortable talking to her and explained that she keeps interrupting me and asked to speak to an attorney. She proceeded to continue to argue with me and after another minute of that, I asked to be transferred back to Diance. Cathy was very unpleasant and I was appalled at the level of customer service she provided. My advice - If you do not like being interupted and talked down to, there are many other attorneys in the area. I suggest using one of them.
