  They're always very polite and professional. But you do pay a premium for their services. So be prepared. That being said they are the best notary in town.

  I came to sues notary and worked Amy with who showed pretty awesome customer service and answered my questions with no problem. It could be a prettier inside but … the job got done !

  Even though we told the notary we had a different address than what was on our licenses she still put the address from our license down in the paperwork and so the title was most likely either returned or went to our old address. Thanks to this i cant sell the trailer in time to the guy who needed it and im out a few thousand dollars. Would not recommend

  I had a very disappointing experience with this notary service. The staff was unprofessional and seemed unwilling to assist with a simple request. Instead of helping, they attempted to send me away over paperwork that was not actually required for the service I needed. To make matters worse, I was told they couldn't help me because they were closing in 10 minutes, even though they were still open during their posted business hours. Rather than providing customer service, it felt like they were looking for reasons not to do their job. I understand businesses have closing times, but customers who arrive during operating hours should still be treated respectfully and professionally. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this notary service.
