- SSShyMay 5, 20261.0My consultation with Carla was….interesting. Another review described her as overly medicated and that couldn’t be more spot on. She looked like she was gonna fall asleep any minute and most of the time she would get lost in her train of thought and then have the audacity to look at you like you’re the one that’s crazy. The next time I came in to discuss my case, her hair was blue. It was one of the weirdest professional encounters in my life. Overall, she wasn’t a very good communicator and often she got confused. Though her rate was reasonably priced, I would not recommend Carla.

My case had a lot of moving parts, and he did an excellent job breaking things down so I could understand my options at every stage. Michelle their receptionist was phenomenal and very respectful, she always assisted me with patience and honesty. Communication was consistent and clear,they responded promptly and kept me updated, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. I especially appreciated how strategic they were in handling negotiations while still being straightforward about what outcomes were realistic. Most importantly, I felt like they truly listened to my concerns and advocated for what was best for my child. I feel confident moving forward with working with them. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone dealing with custody issues or going through a divorce who wants someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in their case. Whenever I had a question or concern I felt I was heard. 5 stars for me.
