  I've read Attorney Melton's qualifications and client reviews before reaching out to him. My review is written with pleasure. After speaking with Attorney Melton a few times, I had the opportunity of meeting with him to discuss and review documents that I provided. Attorney Melton presented himself as a kind, caring and highly knowledgeable individual. He went far beyond my expectations. Attorney Melton took the time and had the patience to review with me, all the pertinent facts that helped make a determination if my concerns would be considered and follow through to the next important step. I expected to meet with him for approximately an hour, but after his review and in debth explanations, the appointment time far exceeded any normal time frame. I would highly recommend Attorney Melton for consideration of your personal cause. You will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are in capable hands and Attorney Melton will give 110% of his efforts and expertise.

  Recently, Mr. Melton helped me get a settlement from an auto accident when I was hit by a car. His expertise of the law and his willingness to keep me informed throughout the process was a blessing. If I ever need legal help in the future I will certainly call on Scott. Thank you Scott!!

  A lawyer in Ohio told me to call Attorney Melton when I was looking for someone to help me extend my statute of limitations. Although he was too busy to take my case, Scott Melton was Extremely helpful, unselfish, and considerate by forwarding a sample 180 day letter and advising me how to get it delivered so that I could extend my statute "pro se" (on my own). I had the opportunity to talk with him and Julie on a phone call, as well. and they were both friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable ! I'm only disappointed that they had no time to take my case, but I guess that shows what a great job their firm does for the clients they have ! I'm still trying to find a lawyer for my case, but at least I was given more time to find one with Attorney Melton's help :)

  Scott Melton is a wonderful, caring man with a heart of gold. He took my case knowing full well it was an uphill battle. And what attorney does that?! Takes a case even though they realize they will likely lose money? He tried tirelessly throughout and kept me updated at all the critical points of the case. He always talked to me with honesty, admiration and with the utmost respect. Even though my case wasn't strong enough to recieve a settlement, he was gentle and thorough in his explanations of the "why" to me in a way that made me ok with the outcome. Highly recommended if you want an attorney that truly puts his client first & pushes through with resilience rarely seen these days. Thank you Scott Melton 😊
