  Recently, Mr. Melton helped me get a settlement from an auto accident when I was hit by a car. His expertise of the law and his willingness to keep me informed throughout the process was a blessing. If I ever need legal help in the future I will certainly call on Scott. Thank you Scott!!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He was beyond professional, highly knowledgeable and one of the most compassionate, caring individuals I have ever met in my life! Not many attorney's will answer your call at any time of the day, help you to understand your case and guide you through every hurdle. Yes, he received compensation for his efforts, but I assure you it was pennies on the dollar for the amount of time he pours into your case. Phone calls, office appointments, court dates, he will work tirelessly for you and your family and for what is RIGHT! My family and I are forever grateful for this man.

  A lawyer in Ohio told me to call Attorney Melton when I was looking for someone to help me extend my statute of limitations. Although he was too busy to take my case, Scott Melton was Extremely helpful, unselfish, and considerate by forwarding a sample 180 day letter and advising me how to get it delivered so that I could extend my statute "pro se" (on my own). I had the opportunity to talk with him and Julie on a phone call, as well. and they were both friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable ! I'm only disappointed that they had no time to take my case, but I guess that shows what a great job their firm does for the clients they have ! I'm still trying to find a lawyer for my case, but at least I was given more time to find one with Attorney Melton's help :)

  Scott Melton Esq. handled two cases for my wife and myself. We were very overwhelmed with the situation and Scott guided us throughout the entire process. He was so thorugh being well versed in not only the law, insurance, medical areas areas etc. but he really cared about us and our situation and showed such compassion. He was always there for us and always looked out for our interest from all different angles. I come from a family of several attorneys (different areas of practice) and they too were very impressed on how Scott handled our situation. I could not recommend any attorney more highly than Scott Melton. Unfortunately life altering accidents occur and we are so thankful that Scott was there by our side working with us. .
