  Have held this attorney office on retainer for over 4 years and never had an issue until recently. The new reception lady is rude! She doesn't let you speak, doesn't let you schedule to speak to the attorneys, and is not willing to help at all. All she's willing to do is write a note and hang up on you!

  I hired this attorney to represent me in a custody-related matter, including a contempt hearing. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the day of my contempt hearing, my attorney did not appear in court because she had scheduled a vacation. Instead, my case was handed off to another lawyer who was unfamiliar with the details of my situation. This left me feeling unprepared and unsupported during an important court proceeding. In addition, there were ongoing communication issues with the office. I informed the receptionist multiple times that I was moving and needed my address updated, but my calls were often not answered and the office ultimately recorded the wrong address in my file. For something as serious as a custody case, clear communication and proper representation are critical. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my case received the attention or preparation it deserved

  I wish zero stars was an option. The lady at the desk is so unprofessional and hung up on me when I called to ask questions about a case filed against me. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone for anything.
