  Absolutely Disappointed — Especially as a Former Client*** This review is not a reflection of the legal service I received- that was 5 star. This review addresses the uttermost rudest and most dismissive treatment I’ve ever experienced from front receptionist. This experience was anything but professional and made me feel worse inside over an already horrific situation my family is facing. Clearly this woman does not follow the, “be kind- you never know the battles others are facing,” philosophy. Instead I was made to feel that I was a waste of her time and she wasn’t granting me even a minute of her workday…….even though being kind should be the bare minimum of her job. I have never written a review before, but after my experience today, I feel compelled to share it. I was a client of Koscis Law Firm approximately 10 years ago, and from a lawyer standpoint, I was more than pleased with the representation I received at that time. That is why I was especially disappointed by my experience when I called today regarding a very sensitive family matter. I simply called to find out whether Mr. Koscis might be able to represent me. Before I could even finish explaining the situation, the receptionist cut me off and told me that he does not handle matters like that. I understand that attorneys have specific areas of practice, and I had no issue with that answer. I then asked what types of cases Mr. Koscis does handle, only because I had read online that he may handle cases similar to what I was calling about and was genuinely curious. The receptionist reluctantly listed a few areas. I thanked her and attempted to explain my situation further, but she literally cut me off mid-sentence, said, “Have a good day,” and hung up on me. The entire conversation lasted one minute, according to my phone. I understand that not every attorney can take every case, and I was not expecting special treatment. But I do expect basic courtesy and professionalism, particularly from the receptionist of a law firm. I was simply trying to ask a question about a very sensitive family matter, and I could not even get through a complete sentence. What makes this especially upsetting is that I had been a satisfied client of this firm in the past. I called today with the same positive impression I had carried for years, and I left the conversation feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I don't write reviews. In fact, this is the first review I have ever written, and I am only doing so because I was genuinely shocked by how poorly I was treated. The way this interaction was handled was completely unacceptable and has unfortunately changed my impression of the firm.

  Wes and his team did the real estate closing on our house. He did a great job explaining every document and helping us understand what we were signing. Nancy also was fantastic and handled all the communication between the various parties flawlessly.

  Excellent experience with Kocsis Law Office. They were responsive, knowledgeable and very easy to work with throughout the process. Their knowledge of the local area was especially valuable and being able to contact them easily whenever we had a question made a significant difference. I would absolutely recommend them.

  My trust was completely with Kocsis Law Office and they definitely came through! I always highly recommend them. Professional support and give the best advice. I will always continue to use their legal support if needed. Definitely the choice of lawyers!
