They took my retainer then never called me, I called frequently asking for updates they kept saying I had not been assigned to an attorney yet, I missed the email from the attorney when it came in then they fired me without any calls for lack of response. When I called before the trial they told me they had closed my account but still kept my retainer. I am hoping to get part of my retainer back but I am stuck representing myself.

He was very ethical in his handling and made sure I knew that the cost of hiring counsel vs what I was likely to get out of the matter might not make it worth my time. He also answered all of my billing questions in a forthright manner. His staff was also prompt and communicative. While I ultimately chose not to move forward with the retainer for purely financial reasons, I would recommend Lewis and Cascade Legal and wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any future Family Law needs. The paid consult alone was worth every penny.
