  Think Twice Before Hiring Jeffrey S. Frasier Do Not Hire Jeff Frasier – Please Read This Review First When my husband first contacted Jeff Frasier about our situation, Jeff told us we had “a strong case.” Based on that confidence during the initial phone call, we decided to hire him. Unfortunately, we felt led on for nearly two years before the matter went to trial. Throughout that time, Jeff repeatedly assured us that we would “get something” from the case. He continued contacting us by phone and email requesting additional information, and we continued being billed for his time. Nearly a year after the lawsuit began, we met with him once to discuss what to expect during arbitration. As someone with no prior experience suing anyone or working with an attorney, I relied heavily on him to prepare and guide us. That meeting left me with more questions than answers and did not make me feel prepared. Jeff then sent a junior attorney to handle the arbitration. In our experience, she appeared inexperienced and unprofessional. She essentially sat in the room with us, and we were still billed for her time and presence—something we found very concerning. After nearly two years of legal bills, we finally went to trial. Jeff did not appear prepared or knowledgeable about our case. He stumbled through his presentation, became frustrated, and at one point the judge told him he was repeating himself. On the second day of trial, the judge issued a directed verdict in favor of the other side because our side had not presented enough evidence to support the claim. The outcome was devastating. After being told at the outset that we had a “strong case,” we spent nearly two years, substantial legal fees, significant stress, and a great deal of time—only to walk away with nothing except large bills. I am sharing our experience so that potential clients can hear what it was like before deciding whether to hire Jeff Frasier. Based on our personal experience, we do not recommend him.
