I was on Memorial Drive on my way to work and got slammed from the back by a Tulsa Glass company pick-up truck with an “A” frame rack carrying huge sheets of glass. My neck and back were injured. Mr. Rode represented my father-in-law 20yrs ago, and my father-in-law said you need to get him because he will fight for you.
After meeting with Mr. Rode and his staff, I felt like we were family. I did not have to do anything, allowing me to focus on my treatment and getting better.
I am extremely happy with the results. This just goes to show that father-in-law knows best. Great Job Rode Law Firm.
I love that I could explain my situation in text, being that I get flustered while trying to orally explain, using too many words!

I was in a bad car wreck and my friend told me that her dad worked with Mr. Rode many years ago and said that Mr. Rode was very good. I went to Rode Law Firm and met Mr. Rode and I could tell I was in good hands.
Because physical therapy did not fix the problem I had to have surgery on my right thumb. Mr. Rode and his team took care of everything and secured a large confidential settlement. I cannot think of anything they could have done better and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I was riding my motorcycle at night when I hit dirt and gravel that had been tracked onto the concrete roadway from a nearby construction site next to my house.
I lost control and was injured, hurting my left knee and lower back.
I initially contacted two other law firms, and both declined to take my case.
Then I spoke with my half-sister’s grandmother, Maggie, a retired insurance adjuster with 30 years of experience who had previously worked with Mr. Rode.
She told me he is aggressive, a true bulldog, and someone you want on your side if he believes in your case.
I reached out to the Rode Law Firm and met with Darrin and Mr. Rode.
They took my case and filed a lawsuit against the city, the landowner, the general contractor, and over 50 subcontractors.
At mediation, the mediator mentioned that very few attorneys would have taken on a case like mine and expressed respect for Mr. Rode’s willingness to handle difficult cases.
That meant a lot to hear.
Mr. Rode and his team put in the work, fought hard, and ultimately secured a confidential settlement.
It was an emotional moment for me—I was holding back tears of relief and gratitude when we reached the resolution. I had to give Mr. Rode a fist bump to express the feelings of relief I had.
I truly appreciate everything Mr. Rode and his staff did for me.
If you’ve been injured in a motorcycle accident and need someone who will fight for you, I highly recommend calling the Rode Law Firm first.
I was at a stop light and got rear-ended really hard during rush hour traffic and was told by the person that hit me that he was rear-ended himself and that the vehicle that rear-ended him had fled the scene. The guy who hit me could not explain what type of vehicle hit him, what color it was, what direction it went in, or how it fled the scene in the bumper-to-bumper traffic. I went to my chiropractor and was released. After the accident, I contacted the other driver's insurance, and they denied the claim on grounds that their driver was rear-ended. I originally contacted Jeff Martin’s office, and they turned down my case, that it was too small of a case. My wife told me to call Mr. Rode because she had worked for him around 25+ years ago.
From the beginning, Mr. Rode’s staff made the process easy and helped ease my anxiety. They were both informative and attentive, ensuring I understood each step along the way. Mr. Rode filed suit and included a claim for negligent entrustment, as the driver who hit me was unlicensed, and the vehicle’s owner had allowed him to drive.
Despite the circumstances, the process felt straightforward and manageable. As we began preparing for depositions, I understood it would take time, but I felt fully supported throughout. The Rode Law Firm team protected my interests every step of the way, maintained excellent communication, and kept me always informed.
The defendant continued to claim he had been rear-ended and pushed into my vehicle by another driver who fled. Mr. Rode’s office also obtained the 911 audio recording from the scene, which included my conversation with the operator. During that call, I was instructed to ask the other driver for details about the alleged third vehicle, such as its make, model, or color, and he was unable to answer any of those questions. This 911 recording secured by the Rode Law Firm made a big difference in the case, and it was resolved when Mr. Rode insisted on taking the deposition of the guy that rear-ended me.
Overall, my experience with the Rode Law Firm was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.
