  After nearly two years of exhausting efforts trying to get a large, nationally recognized insurance company to pay the medical bills from an auto accident caused by their insured driver, we realized we had no choice but to seek legal help. Even with such a demanding timeline—and very limited information about the at-fault driver—they accepted our case without hesitation because they genuinely wanted to help. We live over two hours away from the county where the accident occurred and where all of the medical providers are located, but distance was never an issue.   I was on Memorial Drive on my way to work and got slammed from the back by a Tulsa Glass company pick-up truck with an “A” frame rack carrying huge sheets of glass. My neck and back were injured. Mr. Rode represented my father-in-law 20yrs ago, and my father-in-law said you need to get him because he will fight for you. After meeting with Mr. Rode and his staff, I felt like we were family. I did not have to do anything, allowing me to focus on my treatment and getting better. I am extremely happy with the results. This just goes to show that father-in-law knows best.   I was in a bad car wreck and my friend told me that her dad worked with Mr. Rode many years ago and said that Mr. Rode was very good. I went to Rode Law Firm and met Mr. Rode and I could tell I was in good hands. Because physical therapy did not fix the problem I had to have surgery on my right thumb. Mr. Rode and his team took care of everything and secured a large confidential settlement. I cannot think of anything they could have done better and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
