I was completely overwhelmed and upset, and honestly just didn’t know what to do next. Howard, Kirsten, Lauren, DJ, and Alex were so kind and patient with me from the very beginning. They took the time to sit with me, calm me down, answer all my questions, and reassure me that everything was going to be okay. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared. They never made me feel like just another case. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, handled everything professionally, and made a stressful situation so much easier to get through. Having your brand new car damaged is heartbreaking, but this team made me feel supported every step of the way.
