The issue here is not whether you consider me a “client.” The issue is what I personally experienced and witnessed while dealing with “your” firm. Your response begins with “AGAIN!” and then shifts the discussion away from the conduct described in my review and toward allegations concerning me and my children. That choice speaks for itself. I intentionally did not disclose the details of what I witnessed in front of my children because I do not believe a Google review is the appropriate place to litigate those matters. If you believe my review is inaccurate, address the specific conduct I described. Invoking allegations from a custody proceeding does not change what I personally experienced, and it does not answer the concerns raised in my review. I stand by what I wrote

Spoke with Rob 3 weeks ago on the phone. He pressured me into some numbers before I could do the math. After the phone call, I did some math, called back, and spoke to a secretary. I told her that we had to revise everything. When I was on the phone with Rob, he told me that there would be a contract sent to me before the first payment and went ahead and took my payment information. There was never a contract sent. I contacted them and told them I needed to change the terms. They never contacted me back. I emailed him, told him I needed to change the terms, and never heard anything back. Three weeks later, today, they took $300 out of my account. I finally got a call back from him, trying to renegotiate the terms. He tells me he doesn't want to take the case and he doesn't know when he'll give my $300 back. So just a heads up: he has a really good reputation as an attorney, but I got screwed again. Basically, we talked on the phone about a number, he told me he'd send me a contract, I never got the contract, never signed any contract, they still took the money, then he refused the case and told me he can't tell me when I get my money back. *Quick update:* Same day, about 20 minutes later, they did give me my money back. The way they handled it is very unprofessional, in my opinion. Sorry, Rob. I still think you're one of the greatest in LeFlore County, though. *Further update:* After writing the review and then getting my money back, they also sent an email saying they were going to send the contract to be signed after taking the first payment instead of me seeing the contract and signing it before the first payment. They said I need to choose if I want them to represent me or not, after he told me he didn't want to represent me. I'm so confused. P.s. I've noticed how Rob responds to bad reviews so let's get that out the way no I'm not a current client I called to hire him with cash and I know he likes to say all lies so if anyone doubts this review please contact me and I will more than happy forward the exact email from Rob himself I wish it would have went better To Rob's response after the first phone call with him I sent an email and called his secretary 2 to 3 weeks later I have heard nothing back do not know whether or not he is agreed assumed at this point he did not all of a sudden he takes the money out of my account still have not seen a contract who makes the first payment before seeing a contract that is not proper business that is the problem so getting on here and saying why are you upset stop and read it you will see why I'm upset it's not about your attorney skills it's about your business skills

It is unethical for Mr Cohen to not advise his client to follow a court order. All he cares about is the money not the law. It is unprofessional not to advise your client to abide by the judges Court order.
