  I did not have a good experience with this attorney. At all. He was very cold and unprepared at our first trial. He didn't even know who I was, but apologized for it and said he just got back from a cruise.. He never prepped me for court, but did go over documents once.. after court, where him and January advised me to just agree with what was offered because the judge would just go with what they wanted anyway instead of fighting for a better deal and actually working for all the money they seem to expect with little to no work there. This resulted in my controlling reactive abuser of an ex, that I warned Rob in the consultation had narcissistic tendencies and would say or do whatever he needed to get what he wants, to gain full custody of our minor child. This was over a year ago, court for a temporary custody review has been continued several times, most recently last month. They have been terrible at returning emails or keeping appointments, even just by phone with the secretary. Now they have withdrawn from the case with a final trial scheduled in a month. I was told it was due to health concerns and I was one of many, but the letter submitted to court said it was due to me not withholding my contractual obligations. When I sent an email asking why the discrepancy and what exactly this meant I got no response.. and I'm not surprised. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone but the bar association for review.

  We just recently hired Rob Cowan and the experience has been great! He's gone over and beyond to help us and words can't express how thankful we are that we have someone on our side to represent us! He really listens, easy to talk to and follows through with what he says. Wish we could have found him a year ago! He's done more for us in the last week than our last lawyer did in a year! Highly recommend!
