  Hayley is my current attorney and is doing an amazing job! She and her staff are so knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. My case has been ongoing for years, and I feel like there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm excited to see her do her work in the courtroom!

  Family Custody I can’t say enough good things about Hayley and her team. They are incredibly hands on and truly ready to advocate for their clients when it matters most. I was served paperwork the night before a scheduled hearing, and when I called their office, they acted immediately to help resolve the situation.   Not satisfied with custody results. Even though the birth mother left small children alone, took children to steal on two occasions, and showed up drunk and/or high on many occasions she didn’t do anything to help us protect the children. Just because we nod our heads doesn’t mean we’re stupid, we see right through the deceit. It seems as if she sided with the mother for the simple fact that she was a woman while my husband’s concerns were unmet! We are left with a very high bill all for nothing, she did NOTHING besides file paperwork. We also found out that when they checked the child’s school attendance it was not cared about, the school told us that so much school was missed that there were told the child was out the country. Her and the GAL failed to protect the children in this case and we’re left to pick up the pieces. I’d never recommend her!

  So far money spent 2k all she has done is read my wife's emails nothing more we haven't seen our babies in almost 10 months y won't anyone do the right thing help end this nightmare So far money spent 2k all she has done is read my wife's emails nothing more we haven't seen our babies in almost 10 months y won't anyone do the right thing help end this nightmare That review was almost 2 years ago and couple days ago get response "they never represented me, never said u did but u was paid to represent my wife met couple weeks before court where Mrs Potts took payment to wait till date of court we're sitting in courtroom to make announcement of attorney and advise would not make it that day over phone made judge mad he takes visitation away continued that hearing not month or 2 from then but almost 7 months from then they've since have terminated our rights and illegally adopted our kids to highly decorated military family now serving at the Pentagon we haven't seen them 3 years and still to this day DHS has yet to do home visit how. Soon someone something will happen make this right.
