  I called an immediately got an attitude from the caller on the other end, With my emotions, I in a serious situation going on in my life. I expected him to speak to me like a human, and his tone was just rude. I thanked him for his time and said I’ll take my business elsewhere, but if y’all are out here to help people why answer the phone that way? Especially if a young lady is calling. My feelings were hurt and that should be addressed.

  Mark was beyond helpful and always took the extra steps to not let my case stall. He was honest about his assessment and kept me informed through the entire process and stayed in contact. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone and I wouldn’t hesitate for a min to call him again.

  Called this guy to explain my Discrimination situation. He did care to hear it. Tried to get to the point (like he asked) he asked did someone get hurt or your just mad at the restraurant? With an attitude like he was tired of listening. I thought it said he deals with Civil Litigations. I guess not.
