  I hired Todd back in 2021 to fight me in a custody case as well as to get guardianship on my mother. I've used Todd before and had no issues prior. However, the end result took sometime to show. I ended up having to fire Todd. He did not do his due diligence nor defend me as agreed. He kept all my money too. Only wanted to refund 1,000 out of 9k. Yes he is guilty of not returning phone calls, almost hardly answers emails. When he does it's always some excuse, or I was just about to call you. Yea right, actions speak for themselves. I gave every benefit of the doubt with Todd. He basically over time put me on the back burner and did the least amount of work. Matter of fact he never even went to the courthouse to register as my attorney. Never went to court once at all in 3 yrs!!! At least oscn it never reflected that status. I waited for him to take my case back to court, he wouldn't do it after me requesting it multiple times over the years. Todd even neglected to get my mothers guardian case also to court. Despite countless phone calls to him urging him that this needed to happen, my mothers health kept deteriorating. He would tell me he would check and get a date, next time (I kept calling him, rare he calls you) we spoke it would be as if he forgot and made up some excuse on the fly. He is good at it too. He also took advantage of me with my son, we had family members drug our son, we had proof. We made an appointment to see if we had a case. He saw the evidence and we spoke about the event. He was eager to get paid, we thought he could hold them accountable. After paying him $1500 bucks. He met with us shortly once and he looked again at our evidence. Then quickly told us that we have no case. Wait you collected to tell us this? But couldn't tell us at the consult??!! Todd is crooked and should lose his lic. for his conduct. He was also rude and was very ugly with me and my wife and she has severe ptsd and he knew that. Also to add to the insult, he never even read our evidence. He collected this environmentally through opinions of the GAL and others. Any attorney that won't read or knows your evidence at first, fire them or don't hire them. Lesson learned. Also I found out that he is gay, only reason I bring this up. Is he is not capable of separating personal life style from business ethics. He was very rude and ugly after he knew what my faith was. Had no respect for my religion at all. I wouldn't have an issue with his life style if it didn't affect his view of my family and affect his conduct in treatment to his clients. Turning him over to the bar association. I would tell everyone to do the same.

  I was very pleased with the result of my case. Mr. Nalagan did get me FULL custody of my daughter and child support. His fee was very reasonable and he did give me a payment plan. Thanks Todd!

  Hands down best attorney in Norman and OKC. I had to hire and fire several different attorneys because their lack of urgency, knowledge, communication in my case to protect my child. Also great bankruptcy attorney.
