  My case is still on going I will add the name of my lawyer after my case. I have a son with Autism and two step boys. I have been trying to get a divorce from my husband for 3 yrs. Meanwhile I can't afford this house alone. We went from just running cold water to now no water. Our electricity is about to get shut off this house has no heat and air. The temperatures in Oklahoma have been 114. My husband was abusive and now is trying to destroy my children and I and this law firm is helping him rather then fighting for my family. Now the man who hasn't lived in this house with us is now trying to sale it with all of us still residing in it. My money is wrapped up in this house we have no were to go. This law firm is mentally and emotionally abusive. No communication unless you call them all the time. Maybe even then you might get lucky. No running water the heat has been 114 no electricity and no water and no where to go. For the ones reading this please pray for my family because our lawyer who should be fighting for us sure doesn't care.

  I have contacted this law firm twice in one year regarding two separate issues and gave the intake person my info and issues both times, and they never called me back.

  I was represented by Alex and Trent from this law firm and the negligence and incompetence that surrounded my case was not worth the $7,100 that they collected from my case. My spouse and I made $170,000 dollars last year and of that I brought home 5k. My lawyers fought diligently for 50/50 custody because a man who has a base pay of $69,000 dollars made almost $100 grand on overtime was around to see his kids (You and I know that he has done nothing). I also had proof that my husband broke my nose in Feb 2025, I had proof that he strangled me in May of 2025, I had proof that he whipped me with a WHIP in November of 2025, my attorneys said that it showed a history of abuse but nothing current but went on a used my children as a pawn and advised me to drop my VPO in order to get 50/50 custody. I chose to let go of being protected so that I could see my children because my attorneys allowed him to remove the children from their own beds and kept them from me for weeks and did nothing. Then they say I owe 4k more?! for what? You are grossly incompetent and with your ego and ethics I would never chose this law firm for something as important as your children.

  I hired Ashton Handley in December for a Family Law case I have. It’s now April and I still haven’t gotten a court date, barely get any updates unless I ask a hundred times, and he’s refusing to return my money to me even though I have asked him many times to do it. He basically stole my money from me and isn’t doing the work. If I had known this law firm were as unethical as this I would’ve hired someone else. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LAW FIRM. And Ashton, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SINCE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO THE WORK. I haven’t even gotten a list of the stuff my retainer is being used on and that’s probably because it’s not being used on what it’s supposed to be considering the only thing he’s done was write out a court docket which I could’ve gone to the courthouse and done myself.
