  I was represented by Alex and Trent from this law firm and the negligence and incompetence that surrounded my case was not worth the $7,100 that they collected from my case. My spouse and I made $170,000 dollars last year and of that I brought home 5k. My lawyers fought diligently for 50/50 custody because a man who has a base pay of $69,000 dollars made almost $100 grand on overtime was around to see his kids (You and I know that he has done nothing). I also had proof that my husband broke my nose in Feb 2025, I had proof that he strangled me in May of 2025, I had proof that he whipped me with a WHIP in November of 2025, my attorneys said that it showed a history of abuse but nothing current but went on a used my children as a pawn and advised me to drop my VPO in order to get 50/50 custody. I chose to let go of being protected so that I could see my children because my attorneys allowed him to remove the children from their own beds and kept them from me for weeks and did nothing. Then they say I owe 4k more?! for what? You are grossly incompetent and with your ego and ethics I would never chose this law firm for something as important as your children.

  I hired Ashton Handley in December for a Family Law case I have. It’s now April and I still haven’t gotten a court date, barely get any updates unless I ask a hundred times, and he’s refusing to return my money to me even though I have asked him many times to do it. He basically stole my money from me and isn’t doing the work. If I had known this law firm were as unethical as this I would’ve hired someone else. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LAW FIRM. And Ashton, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SINCE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO THE WORK. I haven’t even gotten a list of the stuff my retainer is being used on and that’s probably because it’s not being used on what it’s supposed to be considering the only thing he’s done was write out a court docket which I could’ve gone to the courthouse and done myself.

  Terrible communication. I was referred by legalEASE by my work after having a traumatic hit and run on my vehicle. Alex sent an email saying he preferred email for communication. I sent him an email the 20th of November and no response. I reached out multiple times through call. There phones weren't working when I did get a hold of Alex, he told me he would call me on his personal cell. Everyday Lupe told me she would have him contact me, only to today say that he couldn't take me because of his work load. He should have told me that at the beginning. Waste of time.

  Fletcher D. Handley, Jr. is a top notch attorney that was awarded the Primerus Lifetime Achievement Award. Not only has he served his clients loyally but his country as well as a member of the U.S. Navy and the Army JAG Corps. In 2008 he was elected as an Oklahoma Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honor reserved to less than 1% of all attorneys. Although awards can tell a lot about a man it is the hard work and determination that Fletcher puts into each case that makes him a great lawyer in my opinion. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone that needs a personal injury attorney.
