  Within 10 minutes of contacting them I got a form letter "Unfortunately, after speaking with our medical malpractice department, we do not think this is something we can assist you with. Under the law, we have to hire medical experts to testify that the healthcare provider was negligent and that his/her negligence caused the injury." That completely disregarded several facts and other issues with the case. They sent it to "To whom it may concern". So roughly, "We didn't actually review any details and had an AI say no."

  Due to an unfortunate accident resulting in the death of my Father, we sought legal assistance from Barb Strady at Rittgers and Rittgers. Barb came recommended by a family member who had previously worked with her at another law firm. Barb showed great compassion for our loss, helping us work through a difficult situation that we were all still grieving about. Barb always made time to answer any questions that we had and kept us informed about the status of the case. She was very patient with my Mom and helped answer her questions in a way that she could understand them, regardless of how basic they were. Barb and her team at Rittgers sorted through all of the medical bills that were incurred and dealt with the insurance company to help get us the maximum settlement possible.
