  Review of services rendered from Attorney Jacob Hamilton of Williams DeClark Tuschman Co. LPA 626 Madison Ave. Ste 800, in Toledo, Ohio 43604. (Referred by Contrada & Associates) I slipped and fell on April 01,2021 at Kroger 4533 Monroe St. Toledo Ohio 43613 1. Attorney Jacob Hamilton was hired 4/2021; I never was informed by anyone of my diagnosis Osteitis Pubis… I fortunately located my diagnosis by accident on a medical document which a summary of my visit dated 10/2021. I never seen a specialist for the diagnosis; my medical condition, my issue or nothing. Instead, 2 years later my attorney rushed to settle as soon as I seeked medical attention for the diagnosis. 2. ‘Attorney Jacob Hamilton was very unprofessional verbally as well as aggressive in most contacts to reach my settlement. 3. Attorney Jacob Hamilton did not fight for the maximum settlement at all. Especially when Kroger footage of the accident suddenly became missing. 4. In order to continue medical care for future appointments Attorney Jacob Hamilton is forcing me to be unethical to continue medical care for injuries due to this fall. I’m also left with a balance for medical bills over700.00 after my settlement. When I asked Attorney Jacob Hamilton about the balance he said to me that he tells his clients not to pay it. 5. Attorney Jacob Hamilton denied my request to review completed documents prior to submitting to Kroger’s attorney Sarah A. Hugh…and other entities. 6. Attorney Jacob Hamilton never referred me to any doctor or inquired about my treatment plan, my injury, my medical appointments etc… 7. Attorney Jacob Hamilton settlement without my medical treatment being completed. I still have complications with severe pain, inability to move, to perform daily living activities and doing things I did before my injury. 8. I NEVER admitted nor am I responsible for the slip and fall accident. I was a regular customer shopping. 9. Attorney Jacob Hamilton denied me to be present during the pre-trial June 23, 2023, at 9:45. One thing for opposing side to deny me but not my attorney representing me. 10. Attorney Jacob Hamilton has threatened to sue me legally if I mention the amount, he settled with Kroger for $15,000. Unethical and very very unprofessional. 11. Attorney Jacob Hamilton threated to bring me back in several times to throw out my case using the Clawson v. Hts. Chiropractic Physicians, L.L.C., Slip Opinion No. 2022-Ohio-4154. {¶ 33} Because Clawson had failed to timely serve Dr. Bisesi with her refiled complaint, and because the statute of limitations on her claim against Dr. Bisesi had expired, Clawson’s right of action against Dr. Bisesi was extinguished by operation of law. As a result, Heights Chiropractic, as Dr. Bisesi’s employer, may not be held vicariously liable for Dr. Bisesi’s alleged malpractice. Carolyn Young-Stubblefield

  I was recommended to Jacob Hamilton from a friend of mine for a motor vehicle accident. She had nothing but great things to say about him, and boy was she right! The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He even went to extra mile to make sure that no stone was unturned.   Molley Ebrahim was my attorney for me and for my husband for two cases. She was awesome. She made our interests her priority, she was so on the top of things, and always guided us ti the right decision to make.
