Terri is a 1976 graduate of Shawnee High School in Springfield, Ohio, attended Wittenberg University and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1981. She attended the University of Dayton School of Law from 1985 - 1988 and obtained her law degree in May of 1988. In 1988, subsequent to graduating from law school and passing the bar, she began practicing law with her father, Paul Malina, in Springfield, Ohio. For almost forty years, Paul practiced law in Springfield and various other Ohio counties. He was an experienced trial lawyer, tried cases in many Ohio counties and had a reputation for his dedication, knowledge of the law and tremendous skill as a trial lawyer.

- TRTaylia RussellOct 2, 20261.0Terri worked to get the case resolved quickly regardless of how it would affect me. (Even though it took two years) Every time we went to court, we sat there forever, I rarely saw the judge, and there was always a court date scheduled for follow up. Not sure why nothing was ever resolved. I felt she made me feel that if I pushed to make the other party do what was requested by the court, it would turn into a long drawn out process and would cost me a lot of money. I don't understand why this is not just expected of each side in a litigation. I got all information together that was needed to make the case and none of that mattered. She made me feel like I was not worth her time, not smart enough and in the end, as long as she looked good, my results didn't matter. Then I looked up the court case, saw money was returned to her for an overpayment, and she never sent me my money back.
