  We were recommended by a friend, to one office in North Royalton, but since they didn't provide the service we currently needed, they suggested Kirner & Boldt. We've had a very pleasant experience with all we needed done!, We worked with Matthew Boldt. He's very courteous, professional and explained everything very well. The whole team there was easy to work with as well! I would recommend this firm to others.

  I was very disappointed with my experience with this firm and ultimately decided to seek different representation. As trustee, I hired an attorney because I needed guidance through a process that was completely new to me. I expected my attorney to meet with me face to face but it was done over the phone. I expected them to clearly explain how the trust was structured, what my responsibilities and rights were as trustee, and what steps needed to be taken to properly administer the trust. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of guidance. I felt that I had to initiate questions about important administrative matters rather than being advised of them proactively. For example, I did not receive the trust's EIN until I specifically asked for it. Unnecessary communication generated substantial legal fees, yet I did not feel the administration of the trust was moving forward or that I had a clear understanding of the process. I also had to ask about the status of my retainer and then learned that the balance had gone negative without my knowledge. Most concerning to me was that the structure and terms of the trust were not clearly and accurately explained to me. After seeking new counsel, I gained a much better understanding of matters that I believe should have been explained earlier. Plus, the information originally gave to me was inaccurate based on what new counsel provided. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that anyone hiring an attorney for trust administration ask detailed questions from the beginning about the trust provisions, the administration process and necessary steps, expected legal fees, and how retainer balances will be communicated.

  Highly recommend Karyn Washington as a divorce attorney. She listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, never got frustrated when I changed my mind, and helped me get the best outcome possible. She treated me like a real person, not just a client to invoice. With her help, my ex and I were able to negotiate our separation in under a year and I'm very pleased with the resolution.

  I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The agreed-upon work was not completed, and communication was poor throughout the process. I did not receive timely updates or the level of professionalism expected, which left me without resolution and forced me to follow up repeatedly. I would not recommend Peter Kirner based on my experience on anyone I paid retainer fee of $3500 , he failed to notified me when the amount would go down to $500 as stated in the agreement He got rid of me and left me hanging in the middle of an issue where I had to scramble and find another Attorney so he abandoned me right before my trial. Now he took me to small claims court. For more money. I am lost for words very unprofessional do not hire him.
