  When we were forced to obtain legal counsel, we knew it would be a challenge. After we reached out to the Hurley Law firm and had the initial consultation with Jim Langendorf, we decided to retain his services for our case. All I can say is we won the lottery when it came to legal counsel. Jim is the gold standard to which all lawyers should strive to achieve. Jim is the ultimate professional and put his heart and soul into our case. From day one, he has never sugar coated the challenges that may arise along the way, which we always appreciated. Unfortunately, after 4.5 years, our case was in the 2% that could never reach settlement and made it to a jury trial. Knowing we were heading into trial, he brought in an Associate named Stephen Hurlburt to assist before and during the trial. We were equally impressed with Stephen in the short amount of time we spent with him during trial week and the character of the two attorneys speak highly of what comes with that law firm. They were our “dream team”. We were proud to have Jim represent us and his trial skills are AMAZING. As I watched him in action, I kept thinking, “I’m so glad he’s on our side”. He literally commanded the courtroom when it came to opening/closing arguments, testimony, and cross. Going into the trial, we knew Jim had prepared as well as anyone could. Thankfully, we won but even if we had lost, we would have left the same review with no regrets. Not only did we walk away with a win, we also made a new friend.
