  Mark Ziccarelli is honest, professional, to-the-point, and gets the work done. That's more than I can say for many navigating alongside domestic court cases. In my experience, he was a trusted guide along a difficult journey that has settled. I recommend Mark and am happy to speak to others interested in representation that they can rely on.

  I dealt with Mark Ziccarelli. It was truly a disaster. I was getting harassed by my coach and I provided tons of evidence that Mark didn’t even mention in the investigation. The first red flag I saw was the fact that he couldn’t even spell names correctly, let alone my name. This investigation was about me and he couldn’t spell my name correctly even though he was sending us emails that had my last name in them. That was when I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. He didn’t provide any evidence and rather made it a “he said, she said” kind of thing. I would tell him something, then he would talk to my coach, and if my coach said it didn’t happen, Mark would claim it was false and that Coach Krasnow confirmed it didn’t happen. He also met with me in early March and didn’t contact us again until early May. That was a whole two months without any communication or apparent progress on the investigation. I definitely don’t recommend him. I was very disappointed with how the investigation was handled and do not believe it was conducted thoroughly. This is your warning to pick someone else (Sadly I had no other choice) EDITED: identifying a minor… Super professional Mark. I indeed am 17 and and if anyone wants to see how disgruntle I am, reach out to me and I can show you the evidence I showed mark, and the evidence he provided in the investigation. Still, how can you not spell any names correct Mark? Want to elaborate on that? Also, I didn’t want a different “Income”, I wanted a different outcome😂
