  Recently I was faced with a legal matter and needed to find a new law office as my previous attorney had retired. I was referred to Faye Cox of the Schulze, Cox & Will law office in Marysville, Ohio. Faye agreed to take on the legal matter and provided excellent legal counsel. She took care of several issues very quickly and attained the results we were hoping for. She is an excellent communicator, answers questions promptly, and made the entire estate process as efficient as possible. She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable and follow through with everything they commit to. I highly recommend the law firm of Schulze, Cox & Will to handle all of your legal matters. Margie D.

  Went there when my father died to be able to handle his affairs bc he didn't have a will. She advised me to do nothing and just leave everything. I told her I didn't want to do that, so she filed a paper for me. The price changed from consult to when they filed, was told it could change again. Took a month,I finally called them bc it was a simple thing, had left a few messages. Had to call probate court to find out my ruling. It had been done for over a week by then. I called back and said I'd be in for my paperwork to have it ready. Not professional, not friendly, seemed like my issue was a waste of her time. Not sensitive to my situation at all. Caused more stress on top of a stressful situation. Would not recommend at all. Update 10/31/21 recieved a letter from said lawyer, after seeing my review. 4 months later. Complete inaccurate account of how I was treated. In no way shape or form was there any sympathy for my situation. Mostly excused her behavior. Gave a detailed time-line which was somewhat accurate, except the fact that they claim I never called them. In what world does it make sense that you hire a lawyer but never contact them. This letter with the excuses just solidifies my opinion of this lawyer and office. My review stands.

  Anthony Will and Faye Cox did a fantastic job assisting our family with a Will and some property transfers. They gave good advice and the staff is friendly and professional.

  Basic representation and client courtesy are severely lacking. Entire time I was represented, from December 2019 to August 2020, it seemed like everything took four times longer than reasonable. Everything took multiple requests. Requests to meet the lawyer when he's available, being a simple request, would be ignored for two weeks. Lawyer recommended contractors cost three times what a random contractor from the phone book charged with for the same service in order to build my case. Monthly billing statements took multiple requests and didn't happen automatically. While they can remember to bill you, nothing else is retained. Request to have managing partner review the case due to concerns of poor representation were flatly rejected. Requests to close out account took one month and three independent separate requests. To finally get any response took emailing all lawyers and citing that it was taking over a month is to just respond to close account and return remaining retainer. Result was a waste time, added frustration and throwing away money with zero to show for it on a case that should have been simple breech of contract. Save yourself some pain and call someone else is my recommendation.
