  Amateurish television commercials aside, if red flags pop up (and this goes for ANY attorney you see), walk away or you will perhaps part with thousands for no noticeable benefit. One of the worst experiences of my life, and I am not trying to be hyperbolic.

  I consulted Matthew Scott for assistance with estate planning. I needed a trust, will, health care directive, power of attorney for asset management, & other estate documents All was accomplished & we (sons & I) are very satisfied with the results.

  When I needed an attorney, I turned to Matthew Scott. He listened patiently as I explained my situation, taking notes as I spoke. I was immediately at ease after meeting him. He agreed to take my case and I am so glad he did. I highly recommend Mr. Scott for anyone needing an attorney. He is truly amazing, as is his staff. If I ever need the service of an attorney again, I will call MDSLaw.
