If I could leave this law firm zero stars, I would.
people need to know about spitz law firm and how they operates. especially if you’re trusting them with something as serious and personal as an employment case. I was a client for over four years. Yes, four entire years. Throughout that time, I was led to believe my case had merit. I asked questions, followed up, and waited patiently only to recently be told, out of nowhere, that I “don’t have a viable claim.” No warning. No thorough explanation. Just a cold, dismissive letter. Why would a reputable law firm accept a case and keep it open for four years if it wasn’t worth pursuing? This feels like negligence, plain and simple. I gave them my time, trust, and personal information, and in return I got silence, vague updates, and an abrupt dismissal.
They promised transparency — I got the opposite. They promised to fight for me — I feel like they never even stepped into the ring. Now I’m forced to start over, emotionally drained and frustrated. I have requested all documentation related to my case and will be seeking a second opinion.
If you’re considering working with Spitz Law Firm, think twice. I would never recommend them based on how they handled my situation. Clients deserve communication, honesty, and accountability not years of silence followed by a dismissal letter.
This is not over. Maybe I need to contact fox 8 or 19 actions news.
To be honest, I think the daycare paid them off… To be continued… spitz law firm this is not over. I will be taking some legal action.

I would never trust a company that doesn't pay for work that they need done. Will ask you as a contractor to hand them the world and bend over backwards even be sweet and kind to pay up front only to later reverse the charges and threaten to sue you if you try to keep the deposit. day of install backed out and did not want to pay a dime. these guys are a ripoff. Would never trust them EVER!
