  Worst lawyer you could hire for an out of state divorce. He said it would take 5-6 months. Took well over a year. He didn’t even know that you had to put a name change in the divorce decree. Worst experience ever. He should have not taken my case. Totally incompetent. Regret ever hiring him. Only plus was Benjamin. Great!

  Attorney Parks is a life saver! He and his staff respond very quickly to any and all of my questions. And of course, my questions stem from a stressful situation. Before Attorney Parks, I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep, due to my stressful situation. Attorney Parks immediately put my mind at ease, with his well thought out, legal solutions. He has created a number of legal documents for me, including very well written Trust documents. His expertise in elder-law has been life changing for my mother, disabled brother and myself. Before my mom passed last year, she told me to say thank-you for her to Kelly (Attorney Parks). She was relieved to know that Kelly had done for her exactly what she had hoped an attorney could do with her affairs. Attorney Parks is also very empathetic to his client's unique situations. His ability to think outside of the box and legally navigate any situation is the reason my family and I have also been able to make our dream of establishing a 501(c)(3) a reality. The Parks Legal staff also share the same great qualities as Attorney Parks. I greatly appreciate that there is very little, if any, staff turnover. Attorney Parks continues to provide legal excellence to my family's non-profit. If you want the best attorney for a reasonable fee- you have found what you are looking for!

  The entire Team assisted from start to finish with clear communication. I appreciated their professional demeanor and assurance to follow up when needed. While my case took a long time to wrap up, that kept me informed along the way. Amazing group of people! I highly recommend.
