  Attorney McClenaghan drew up our Family Trust. He has a thorough knowledge of all the different intricacies of trusts, explained everything in simple, easy to understand language, made suggestions that were extremely helpful, and took us step by step step through the process of making a Family Trust that will protect our assets and our family for years to come. His staff and paralegal, Amy, sent us concise directions on what we had to do on our end and answered questions and concerns immediately. We cannot recommend McClenaghan Law highly enough for estate planning.
