  Esta es mi experiencia personal. Contraté sus servicios con la esperanza de recibir una representación profesional, pero lamentablemente quedé muy decepcionada. Me informaron que recibiría un reembolso en aproximadamente dos semanas; sin embargo, ya han pasado cinco meses y aún no lo he recibido.   I hired this firm for my case and, after several months and thousands of dollars paid, my case had still not been filed. Communication was inconsistent, I often felt ignored, and I lost confidence in the process. I understand that FOIA and FBI records can take time, but I expected more transparency and better client support. Unfortunately, the overall experience caused me significant stress and I ultimately decided to request a refund and seek representation elsewhere.
