We found him quite personable and likable when he came to our home and then quickly found that he was well-skilled in the field of trusts, making great suggestions to one and then suggesting we create another for our Akron property (something I would not have considered). I found him attentive and easy to work with. My questions, usually sent via email, were quickly and clearly answered.
