I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FIRM!!!! Paul Filippelli was my attorney for my case and he was great! The poor fella had to deal with my uncertainty, confusions, and even trust issues because of my prior attorney being so terrible. Paul was empathetic, responsive, and seemed to actually care.
There was a mild hiccup at first in the communication realm, but that's ok. I mention it because it's important to highlight that Pauls a true professional, and he proved it to me.
Soooo, I wasn't really vibing with the communication/follow-ups, at least to my standard I suppose. I think a lot of my feeling was derivative of my prior attorney as that was his main issue, and it just freaked me out. When brought to his attention and me jumping the gun copying his boss on my concerned email, Paul didn't hold it against me (at least he didn't show it lol), he took a step back and presumably level set with his boss and then did so with me.
From that moment, he immediately changed how he communicated with me and how often. I think he understood what I specifically needed to feel comfortable with him and for me to let him do what he needs to do. Also, from that moment, I was at ease and I let him do his thing.
It's important to note that there will likely be hiccups or challenges when working with your attorney, it's a team dynamic after all. However, when challenges arise, a stellar and empathetic attorney will acclimate/pivot. Paul is the definition of an empathetic, and intelligent - rock star attorney!
My case has found a resolution, and I'm happy and enthusiastic to wholeheartedly recommend Paul and the Spitz law firm!

Spitz was the only law firm willing to take on what felt like a giant. Trisha Breedlove and Judee listened, believed me, and handled an incredibly difficult and isolating situation with resolve, integrity, and persistence.
Having a team that truly fought for me changed everything, and I’m deeply grateful for their advocacy and for helping me reach a fair resolution when it felt impossible.

I want to give a shout out to Nick Provenzano at Spitz! I appreciate the acknowledgment I receive and the communication stream we’ve cultivated since the start of this. These sort of things are a process and his tenacity along with his co counsel Trisha Breedlove is who you’d want by your side during times like this. He calls when he says he will, he replies to emails timely and he tries his best to explain things in a way we’d understand. Great job Nick!!!!!
