Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm. The attorneys seemed unprepared, were more interested in money than their clients, and did not listen to my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for legal representation.

I would suggest not even reaching out, I had an appointment with text messages and emails to confirm my consultation. I was asked to provide documents, work related items etc. I was never once notified they were received, and my very important consultation was NEVER added to the calendar for the attorney. They are so very busy that they would have to squeeze me in for another appointment after I’ve already taken time off for the first appointment that NEVER HAPPENED. I reached out multiple times to the number you can text for information not one rely. If you call the phone number you’re put on hold for over 30 minuets waiting for anyone to answer the phone. What a waste of time, energy etc.

I contacted Spitz Law Firm regarding a dispute and was scheduled for a consultation with attorney Jane Jazmin by the intake officer. Unfortunately, on the date and time of the appointment, Ms. Jazmin did not attend the meeting and provided no notice that she would be unavailable.
I attempted to contact her directly and reached voicemail, where I left a message. I then called the main office to determine whether she was available and whether she intended to attend the scheduled appointment, but I was again forwarded to voicemail. As a final attempt to get a response, I emailed the intake officer and copied Ms. Jazmin, asking for an update regarding the missed appointment.
Neither Ms. Jazmin nor the intake officer responded to my follow up email. To date, I have not received any call, email, or other communication from the firm.
My experience suggests this is a firm that is disorganized, unprofessional, and indifferent to prospective clients. Businesses today often talk about customer service while treating customers as an inconvenience, and unfortunately Spitz Law Firm is a perfect example of that. Missing a scheduled appointment without notice is bad enough, but completely ignoring multiple follow-up attempts shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect.
If this is how they treat potential clients before they are retained, I would be very concerned about the level of communication and responsiveness afterward. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation.
