  I’m incredibly grateful I had Lexie Enlow as my attorney during my divorce. From the beginning, she was kind, compassionate, easy to work with, and always made me feel comfortable and heard. I went into the process knowing the one thing that mattered most to me, and she made sure that remained the priority. But she also helped me recognize that I deserved to advocate for more instead of simply settling for less just to get through the divorce. She fought for what was important to me while still making sure I never lost sight of my main goal. There were times when my emotions understandably took over, and she had a way of calming me down, helping me look at the situation logically, and guiding me toward decisions that were actually in my best interest. I never felt dismissed or judged for being emotional—I felt supported and understood. Divorce is an incredibly difficult and emotional process, and having an attorney who made me feel seen as a person, not just another case, meant more to me than I can say. I walked away with the thing that mattered most to me, but also with more than I initially thought I deserved. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly advocates for her clients.

  Mitch was a steady hand throughout my entire divorce process and worked to get the best possible outcome in a very contentious divorce. He was also mindful of my time and money and exerted pressure on opposing counsel at the right times. While my divorce was a very frustrating process, Mitch helped me get what I wanted and more and looked out for me every step of the way.

  If you are looking for an attorney who is exceptionally prepared, highly knowledgeable, and unwavering under pressure, I recommend him without hesitation. From the day he took my case his demeanor always remained calm, composed, and confident, regardless of the circumstances I was facing. At times (which were plenty) when I was worried about the outcome, he never lost focus. He made my concerns his concerns and approached every issue with a clear strategy and steady professionalism. He was beyond meticulous in his preparation, communicated honestly, and never made promises he couldn’t keep. Instead, he totally let his work speak for itself. His command of the facts, attention to detail, and courtroom advocacy were evident throughout the entire process. The result was that all charges against me were dismissed. While no attorney can guarantee an outcome, I can say that his preparation (which was undeniably impressive), dedication, and ability to remain cool under pressure gave me complete confidence that my case was in the right hands.   Exceptional Service! I cannot recommend Heckert & Mooreland enough and specifically Mitch Moreland. Mitch went absolutely above and beyond to help me look into a complex situation.   I cannot say enough good things about Chris Heckert and his entire team. Throughout the entire court process, I truly felt like he always had my daughter’s best interests at heart. He was professional, compassionate, level headed, and always guided us toward the right decisions for both myself and my daughter. Chris was not only an outstanding lawyer, but also a tremendous role model during a very difficult time. The way he carried himself in and out of the courtroom gave both my daughter and me a great sense of confidence and reassurance throughout the process. I also want to recognize his wife, who handled the billing and administrative side of everything. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.
