    The numerous one-star reviews accurately reflect my experience with this firm. I retained this firm because I believe I have a strong case and, during my initial consultation, I felt confident moving forward. The intake representative listened attentively, assured me they could take my case, and gave me the impression that my concerns were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, my experience quickly deteriorated. Throughout the process, I received emails from multiple individuals requesting the same information repeatedly. Despite promptly providing everything requested, there appeared to be a significant lack of internal communication and organization. I also encountered inconsistent information regarding document submission. I was initially told there was no secure upload portal for my screenshots and that I would need to mail the documentation. After spending time exploring alternative ways to provide the information, I later learned that an upload link was available all along. The most concerning issue involved the preparation of documents related to my case. I received a draft for review and had to request multiple corrections over the course of several email exchanges. The document contained repeated words, duplicated sentences, inaccurate information that I had never provided, and even misspellings of my name. Each time, I politely requested that the errors be corrected. Rather than addressing these concerns professionally, I received what I perceived to be an unnecessarily rude and dismissive response. To ensure I was not overreacting, I asked both my partner and a family member to review the entire email exchange. They independently reached the same conclusion regarding the tone and professionalism of the communication. I then reached out to another representative at the firm to express my concerns and request reassignment to a different attorney or, at minimum, a referral to someone who could assist me. The response I received was disappointing and did not address my concerns in a meaningful way. Shortly thereafter, I received notice that the firm would no longer represent me. The explanation provided was that they had attempted to contact me multiple times without a response. This claim was inaccurate, and I immediately provided documentation demonstrating that I had consistently responded throughout the process. No one ever replied to my response. In a final effort to resolve the matter, I contacted the office and requested to speak with a manager or supervising attorney. I was assured someone would contact me that day. No one ever did. At this point, I no longer wanted representation from this firm. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, repeated administrative errors, dismissive attitude toward legitimate concerns, and failure to follow through on commitments left me with little confidence in their ability to effectively represent clients. My intention in writing this review is simply to provide an honest account of my experience so that prospective clients can make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. (Screenshots attached)
