  I highly recommend Tanner Duncan at Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima. I was cited for speeding in Warren County, where traffic cases are generally not known for leniency, so I knew this could be a serious issue. There were some extenuating circumstances, but I still wasn’t optimistic about the outcome. Tanner responded incredibly quickly from the start. Every question or follow-up I had was answered promptly, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I never once felt left wondering what was happening. Most importantly, Tanner was able to get my ticket reduced when I genuinely did not think that would be possible. He didn't make empty promises, he was open and honest about what we were facing. One thing I came away with that I hadn’t fully appreciated before is the value of having an attorney who regularly practices in this area with a well established firm like Rittgers, Rittgers, Nakajima. When they are working on your behalf with the prosecutor, they are able to bring a lot to the table. It's not JUST your case they have with that prosecutor, there are multiple; meaning they are in constant communication with each other. That is incredibly valuable. I truly believe if I would've had any other attorney, at any other firm, this positive outcome would not have happened.

  I can’t say enough good things about this law firm. They treated me with respect, compassion, and patience from the first call.
