  Love holli the front desk lady, makes you feel at home soon as you walk in the door. Good to be greeted with a warm natural talk. Than met with Elizabeth who explained everything from A-Z, even the sections no pertaining to my case she still explained, and before leaving she makes sure that you go to a bank where you won’t have to pay any fees to get your cash. This is the 2nd time she’s be used them, would use them again but I hope I don’t have to!

  Jan is the Best! Kind, curious and knows her job! She knows exactly what is needed from you to pass along to attorney Rick! I personally have a few major health conditions I was denied my first go. Then let Rick go to bat for me. He kept in touch with me through the whole process. As my date finally got closer, I had to have bipass heart surgery. I was determined not to prolong this anymore 😂. So I was released from the hospital the day before my hearing. I had a video hearing, just before the time Rick reached out to make sure I was feeling well enough to proceed, he had my own well being to be most important. The team from the beginning to ending, winning my case 🥳 was very honest and treated my own personal health issues with the utmost of care.
