  This is a Horrible Experience!!! I’ve been lied to and misled on multiple occasions. The attorney they assigned me had never even handled a case like mine and took the money. After weeks of waiting to here something back he calls and tries to mislead me again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND these People. Don’t even know if there are lawyers I’m seeking to take legal action Also lied and said there was a office in Cincinnati! This Company is Horrible BEWARE

  Cold contacted me on my day off regarding a "foreclosure" on a house I own outright with no mortgage that I inherited from my late dad. After having a heart attack at 9 am after being solicited, I told whoever contacted me I don't have a mortgage or lien on my home. They argued with me and claimed "I have unpaid dues since December 2025." After looking around because I was anxious, I found an official lien notice for someone with my same name who wasn't me. Again, I have no payments. I OWN my home outright. So basically, whoever is cold contacting people for this office ruined my entire morning by claiming property I owned outright was going to be foreclosed because they got the wrong "Charles King" and shot their shot at a number they assumed was the right one. Instead of backing off, they insisted the information they were presenting was correct despite me telling them it wasn't. If you're going to cold contact people by combing through public records, do your due diligence and do it right. Unbelievable.
