I used my group legal plan and he was listed as an approved attorney from the plan which lists that he specifically can help me with landlord/Tenant disputes. I sent him all my documentation after an initial call explaining my needs. He then said that I would have to hire him privately if I wanted his help. Why would I hire him after months of inaction and lies that he was working on my case! He then billed my legal plan anyway for work never completed.
