  If I could give a lower rate I would. George Montgomery talks a big game and has a good pitch ready for you but hes all about money. George represented myself and my siblings all together claiming it was a benefit witch was not the case. we turned oursleves in were recommended George. He got us bailed out and we were on bail for months with nothing but continuances. He said he knew the judge well but he neglected to tell us they did not see eye to eye and the judge had an issue with him representing all of us. He reassured us by getting an envelope of approval from the ohio board of lawyers and said it wouldnt be an issue. we'd have to pay him more to represent us in trial obviously but we had to pay him that day of court before trial dates set and we pay him. That day at court the judge says we are all using the same lawyer as a tactic and was mad we didnt take a ridiculous plea deal that was offered so he removed George and George told the judge that he told myself and my siblings before that this was a possibility. He did not inform us this was a possibility and the judge proceeds to reammend our bonds and raise them claiming for safety but obviously as retaliation for not doing what he wanted and George didnt speak to us just left and after we got out we attempted to get in contact emails, calls and texts to get a refund because we paid him for a trial that we had to use public defenders on. Never got back with us never got our money back. So we paid him initially to represent us and for getting us bail and then for a trial he didnt work on because he was fired for something he told us wasn't gonna be an issue.

  Katie is the real deal. She helped me out of an impossible situation when all the odds were against me. She saved me and my daughter from extensive legal abuse at the hands of her father while also devising a long term plan to prevent future issues keeping my rights protected no matter what potential situation may arise. She is raw and real, by far the most down to earth. She is truly a shark in a courtroom. Couldn’t recommend her more.

  I can’t recommend Katie enough. She was absolutely amazing in my custody case. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always made me feel heard. She took the time to answer my questions, explained every step of the process, and made sure I understood my options. Custody cases are incredibly stressful, but she made me feel supported and confident the entire time. She genuinely cared about my child’s best interests and fought hard to achieve the best possible outcome. Her communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening with my case.   I can not say enough good about Katie Montgomery! I used her for a custody situation. Within 5 mins of being in her office for my first consultation, waiting my turn, I knew she was who I wanted to represent my daughter and I. She was giving someone hell on the phone and right there I knew she would fight for me. She is respected by the courts and feared by other attorneys bc of her fire. She is not afraid of confrontation, I actually think she thoroughly enjoys them! She does not back down and she knows her stuff and she’s not afraid to call others out on their BS. She is a wonderful lady and very passionate about serving her clients and is very good at communication and being organized. I highly recommend her and I will save her number incase for future purposes but praying I won’t need her. I won my case of course!
