  I can’t recommend Katie enough. She was absolutely amazing in my custody case. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always made me feel heard. She took the time to answer my questions, explained every step of the process, and made sure I understood my options. Custody cases are incredibly stressful, but she made me feel supported and confident the entire time. She genuinely cared about my child’s best interests and fought hard to achieve the best possible outcome. Her communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening with my case. I’m so grateful for everything she did for my family. If you’re looking for an attorney who is compassionate, dedicated, and truly advocates for her clients, I highly recommend her. Thank you for everything—you made such a difficult experience much easier to get through.

  I can not say enough good about Katie Montgomery! I used her for a custody situation. Within 5 mins of being in her office for my first consultation, waiting my turn, I knew she was who I wanted to represent my daughter and I. She was giving someone hell on the phone and right there I knew she would fight for me. She is respected by the courts and feared by other attorneys bc of her fire. She is not afraid of confrontation, I actually think she thoroughly enjoys them! She does not back down and she knows her stuff and she’s not afraid to call others out on their BS. She is a wonderful lady and very passionate about serving her clients and is very good at communication and being organized. I highly recommend her and I will save her number incase for future purposes but praying I won’t need her. I won my case of course!

  Every dark cloud has a silver lining. That silver lining for me was George "of the legal jungle" Montgomery. Only after hiring George, I found out that this man is a legend in Clermont county. I was a little afraid when I saw two prosecutors up against us. After seeing George command the courtroom like Thomas Jefferson, I then knew that the two prosecutors were not even close to one George. It was like Matlock and Perry Mason had a love child and that love child was representing me. George and his office staff are first class. From the first time meeting with them I knew I was in the right place at the right time. I pray that I never have to use George and his team again but if I do, I know that I would have the utmost best lawyer for the job. It was a pleasure watching a master at his craft. After giving George a big hug after we won my case, I knew that I had a friend for life.

  Katie is absolutely amazing! I knew the moment I stepped into her office for a consultation that she was the perfect person to represent me. With that being said she did not disappoint. Any questions or concerns I had she was right there, with helpful advice and answers. She showed up to trial ready to take on any battle thrown her way.
