I paid cash for Mr.Berta to start my case right away and after a month and a half of him not returning my calls and secretary not even knowing who I was I went there for a refund. And the first thing the secretary said to me was I don't even recognize your name. So after I asked for a refund of course they came up with a 200$ consultation fee which was never even a thing till I wanted my money back. This place was a joke from the start and I wouldn't suggest it to my enemy .
