I would honestly say this firm is at the bottom of the barrel based on my personal experience.
I was involved in an accident, and almost immediately, someone approached me out of nowhere claiming they could help as a witness and saying they worked with Winder Law. They also offered to have my car towed, even though my vehicle didn’t need to be towed. The whole situation caught me off guard because everything felt extremely pushy, opportunistic, and unsettling.
I decided to meet with the firm in person, and unfortunately, that experience didn’t make me feel any more comfortable. The attorney I met with seemed extremely fidgety and distracted, and the overall atmosphere gave me a very uneasy feeling. I ultimately decided that this was not the firm I wanted handling my case and chose to go elsewhere.
After I declined to move forward with them, someone named Victor, who said he worked with the firm, began calling me and telling me they were going to claim that I caused the accident (when I was rear-ended at the red light). I also felt like I was treated very differently once I decided not to use the firm. At one point, they wouldn’t even clearly tell me where my vehicle had been taken and said I would have to pay storage fees.
After seeing some of the recent reviews, I felt even more confident in my decision to go with another firm. I noticed a large number of five-star reviews appearing very recently, which honestly made me question how authentic some of them were.
I’m glad I trusted my instincts. When it comes to something as important as an accident case, I would rather take my time, do my research, and choose a firm I genuinely feel comfortable trusting. I didn’t want to take any chances with my case. I went with Naqvi.
