  The attitude of your paralegal Jason is surreal. I called today to seek help of Patricia Warnock as I was referred to her by different law firm for my custody needs. Jason didn’t let me even speak, shouted over me, belittled me made fun of my accent and pronunciation. He asked questions that were not possible to answer with simple yes or no and when I tried to explain he called me names. I have a speech problem and I’m of foreign national origin, which he took as an opportunity to profile and attack me. I’m utterly shocked and in disbelief. I asked last one time to speak to Patricia and he cussed at me and hung up. Wow. Just wow.

  This office was extremely unhelpful. I called seeking legal guidance and spoke with a man who was dismissive, judgmental, and unwilling to listen to my situation. Rather than offering assistance or directing me to someone who could help, he made the experience frustrating and discouraging. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service.

  I guess this place doesn’t want clients or something. Called earlier today to get more information about what court costs would be through them. The man on the phone asked me if I was Nevada resident. I thought it would be relevant to let him know that my husband was in the military so we do move around. Before I could even finish, he cut me off rudely stating “I only asked if you were a Nevada resident”. He then proceeded to tell me to only answer with short answers. Is this really how we talk to people now? I was completely respectful towards him saying “yes sir” and “no sir”. There was no justification as to how I was treated and I will not be going through them for my case.

  I absolutely recommend calling Warnock family law, they were very helpful answered a bunch of my questions talked with me on the phone gave me time and patience. I really appreciate that this being the first time I've ever going to be having to go through something like this it helps with the peace of mind and I really really appreciate it
