  When it became apparent that I needed to assist my father in every part of his life, I was terrified. When I found Kim Boyers office, they moved me through the process of retaining guardianship over my father seamlessly. They are incredibly compassionate, ethical, and understanding of the immense stress that came with family guardianship. I worked mostly with their amazing paralegal, Holly Jeffries, who guided me through every step. I was lucky enough to have my father with me to the very end for almost 12 years. I can tell you all those years Holly and Kim Boyers office exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend this firm enough to anyone needing elder law or guardianship services.

  Losing someone you love and going through the grief is difficult to say the least. Amanda and Summer were so helpful and caring helping me through the probate process. They were with me every step of the way. I can't say enough about the Boyer Law Group. They are top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  In a gesture of love, unburden your family—consider hiring Ms. Boyer, JD (an elder law attorney) to complete your estate trust to include the power of attorney for healthcare, the power of attorney for asset management, last will and testament, and trust for your home/assets. This will take tremendous stress off your loved ones when the time comes for them to be utilized. Also, it will allow you to have organized and planned input into your life needs and wishes and how you want your healthcare/assets/estate/care for children or dependents/care for pets handled if you become incapacitated or once you pass away. Our family utilized her services and we’re very pleased with the process and outcome of the completion of the task. (A positive shout out to her staff Alisha and Daniella). The team helped educate us, were patient and supportive in this process, and sensitive to our needs to create an individualized plan and trust. We did not get pressured—we were treated as individuals and not as a number. Highly recommend that you talk about this subject while you are well and get a plan of action (although it is hard, takes time to think about, and not a savory topic) —we are all going to pass away someday—preplanning and leaving this smoothly legalized and organized is truly a gift of love for your loved ones. On the surface, it can sound costly to complete a trust, however it is far costlier in time, energy, and money to family and the estate to deal with issues if one passes away without this already organized and in place. We are so appreciative of Ms. Boyer’s Law Group and their expertise especially in the specialty of elder law. Also, the facility is neat, modern and clean; has amble free parking; and is handicapped accessible. Ms.Boyer has a very helpful book she published (My Last Gift: An Essential End-of-Life Planner) to help persons organize as well. Thank you as you have provided excellent service to our family and helped put our wishes into place. This has given us great peace of mind. We appreciate your knowledge, kindness and compassion.
